When I called about service for my 2018 Subaru I was surprised to get an appointment for within 48hours. Ryan Raub explained the multipoint inspection and gave me an appointment for the same or next afternoon. One thing out of his control was the slightly longer wait time due to an employee luncheon ( which I think is great for everyone). When my car was ready he explained the areas that needed attention and sent me a video from the technician explaining his findings. I was again given another appointment in a timely fashion to have the work done. I am well pleased with Ryan and Subaru at southpoint.

Adrian was engaging, quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and dealership services, non-pressuring, patient with questions, exceedingly thorough and helpful overall. He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. Post-purchase, I was equally impressed with Encore Delivery Specialist Joseph who provided my son and I an extensive overview and explanation of the vehicle’s specific and many great features. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. Also we worked with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist who explained all the bells and whistles in the vehicle. We were very happy with all the members of the Subaru team. As for the dealerships building there should be individual cubbies to give some privacy when giving your information to the sales person. Otherwise everything was great!
