Went in there for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment, waiting time was over two hours. Still, the overall experience was great. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks!

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget.
