She spent a lot of time going through the features of the vehicle. She?s also available if I need additional help. Learning all the features is a challenge but I know where to go if I can?t figure something out. Kelley was very professional and so very kind. I would go to her to buy again.

Took 2024 X3 for warranty work and was given 2026 X1 for loaner. Fell in love with all the new features and 3.5 hours later drive home in New 2026 X1. Love all the tech features and the sorry drive. The whole experience was so easy.

My experience was easy and informative with TJ. There was very little pressure to buy, a nice test drive, and useful information while doing so. TJ brought this car from another store, a car I found on AutoNation, and had it prepared for me exactly at the time asked. They also stayed until 7:30p to deliver the car so that I could land at the airport and come straight to the dealership to pick it up.

I enjoyed my experience working with the team. I alerted my salesman Korbin of my interest on a used vehicle and that I would traveling 4hrs from the DFW area. I was well taken care of from the moment I walked out of my vehicle. Asked if I would like some refreshments and made me comfortable after the long drive. The process was pretty easy and working with the rest of the team was a great experience as well. The follow up afterwards was a nice touch and provided information I needed post sale. Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna.
