BMW of Bel Air review
Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
The service department of BMW of Annapolis was great to work with! They got me in fast, fixed my recall, checked an engine light (then fixed an issue that was, apparently, still under warranty [score!] --and even found something in one of my tires and fixed it). They also send a video of the car on a lift and explain things that way. I loved that feature! Thanks for great service, guys!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

nnapolis BMW Service Center is great. I made an appointment for a routine maintenance check-up. Mr. Paul Abel performed my intake. He was friendly, respectful and efficient. When my car was ready I received a text that identified what was evaluated and the condition of major systems. The car was returned to me on time with a nice surprise - The car exterior had been washed and polished. The interior had been cleaned and detailed. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis.

I will definitely be back to their service department and will buy my next bmw at the Annapolis location.

I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

BMW of Bel Air review
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson gave me space until I needed some questions answered and made themselves available for additional questions. My salesperson was Lilly and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions or found the answer. The process was not stressful and to be honest, better than I expected.

Friendly service people. Beautiful show room floor. Would not negotiate on price for a used vehicle but took care of me when I had a battery issue after purchase.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
