Sporty, roomy, distinctive and loaded with BMW’s excellent technology. Slightly smaller cargo capacity than the X3 but makes up for it with eye catching style! Sound system is above average, very little cabin noise and all 5 seats have a comfortable space with a luxe feel.

I did not have the opportunity to get all the pleasure I would have liked to out of what was the nicest vehicle I ever owned. The handling and styling was superb. It was a joy to drive and received many comments on how nice and unique the car was. I retired much sooner than I had expected and no longer need a vehicle in the area. It is too new to import to Mexico so I have no choice but to sell it. I wish that I had another option available to me. I simply wish I did not have to sell it!

This is a very nice transition from a BMW Sport Coupe Convertible to a BMW Sports Utility Vehicle. I no longer have the convertible top however, I do have a moon roof that opens. I still enjoy the quickness (due to the turbo) and it's still sporty while it has a smooth ride. I enjoy the bells & whistles of a new auto along with time left on the original mfg warranty.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Excellent service from Marcel and his team even though I was hundreds of miles away with terrible signal. They provided great service even from afar and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and all documents were ready for me. I am a customer that purchased my current 2010 Colorado Crew Cab LT under this company. I want to make a few great statements about this company especially Mr. Bruno Medina and his staffs. When I first came to their shop to check out the truck, test drove it, and was impressed with how the engine looked due to its past records as being a commercial truck. There were few things that needed to be fixed such as the speedometer, muffler, and rust on the frame rails. The overall outcome is if you are very honest with them about your trade in (which was my old 2004 GMC Canyon single cab that was going to be NO good within few months due to new England’s weather and its age, of course.) They return the honesty back to you. I was very satisfied how Mr. Bruno allowed me to observe how much work they put into my new truck to get it to my satisfaction. They do fabulous mechanic work on anything if you request nicely. I even drove my current truck to Louisiana from Massachusetts to help my family members that went through hurricanes recently and drove back to Massachusetts with NO problems. Mr. Bruno was very confident with my question: “Will this truck last me down to Louisiana and back to Massachusetts?” He surely made sure it would and it did! This shop deserves a 5 star with no questions! I would go back if my truck needs anything else or whatsoever!
