I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

The car is great to me, it has the perfect size, comfortable seats, nice interior and exterior colors. I just love my new X4, performance is great so far. I have one an X1, a S4 and now this one, and so far the best option from the 3.

I?ve purchased and now own my vehicle through BMW of Tulsa. I have always taken my vehicle to them for maintenance and now repairs. They are always quick and efficient with getting me information about what is going on with my vehicle, along with a fast turn around time for repairs. This X4 is nicer than our 1st X4. It's a very comfortable solid riding vehicle with the interior styling being luxurious as well as everything easy to reach. The tech takes a bit to learn because there are a lot of choices to make there...maybe too many. The performance is really nice for a 4 cylinder turbo engine, just remember it isn't a six cylinder or the M Series. Styling is a matter of taste. My wife loves it; I'm ok with it. Overall, I really like this car.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids.
