Great service however my vehicle was serviced prior for a leak and it was identified but they didn't look or offer to further find it to get it resolved. I have a vehicle warranty on my my that could have paid for the repair but the team did not go the extra mile to at least find the leak. They also charge 400 dollars just for diagnostic on the vehicle. Inbound, when changing my battery they told me that if I buy the battery from them they would waive the diagnostic fee. I never paid for diagnostics on my vehicle at the BMW dealer in downtown Houston Texas. I was somewhat disappointed with that.

I was very happy to receive service at this place. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall service was of good quality. Everything was handled smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. I truly appreciate the experience and would be glad to come back again.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. I ordered this directly from the factory, you will not see another car like this on the road despite all the BMW's around. The Sunstone Metallic with the black roof rails and white Merino leather make this an instant classic. I fell in love with this car when I drove it. Just put this "Champagne Supernova" in Sport Plus and set the adaptive cruise to 80 and the engine and computer do the rest, downshifting aggressively while getting you home safely and quickly. What a dream car!

Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! The facilities are always impeccably clean. This means that they pay attention to detail. The service manager was careful to explain all aspects of this service ahead of time and reviewed them again when I paid for it. A couple of things came up during the service that were communicated to me before these were repaired.
