I had an exceptional experience selling my car through Custom Cars West. I started with a Kelley Blue Book value assessment and requested contact from interested dealers, and Shawn responded almost immediately. He called me right away to walk through the process, then stopped by the very next morning to see the car. He came fully prepared, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and straightforward. Within just a few minutes, we agreed on a more-than-fair price, completed all the paperwork, and he wrote me a check on the spot. The car was picked up the very next business day. This was — by far — the quickest, easiest, and best car-selling experience I’ve ever had. Shawn was thoughtful, kind, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I truly couldn’t recommend Custom Cars West more highly. We’re planning an upcoming international move and will be selling one more car in the next couple of months — and I’ll absolutely be calling Shawn again without hesitation.

Fantastic vehicle with low maintenance. Still rides like new. Just had first incident with the passenger restraint light coming on the dashboard and will need to see what that’s about.

Perfect vehicle in every way! Amazing gas mileage yet, faster than most SUV’s… I would recommend to anyone looking for a rocket on wheels. Love this ride!

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

My X5 is very roomy and has lots of space in the trunk for all of my stuff! It has a sporty look and smooth ride. I am really happy with my X5!

I am so grateful to have found Schomp! My car was totaled recently and, being a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I was BEYOND overwhelmed at the idea of buying another. I visited a few other dealerships, but I didn't like how "cornered" the sales teams made me feel. Schomp is SO different. Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.
