Car shopping with a toddler is not easy, but the team at Land Rover made it such a smooth experience. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were warmly welcomed. Renee, my salesman, took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He first showed me the Evoque, then the Velar, but neither felt quite right. And when I finally saw it, I knew instantly?it was the one. I didn?t even need a test drive. The entire process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. By the time I blinked twice, I was a new car owner. To top it all off, Renee even took it personally to have the car sent in for a spa treatment and delivered it straight to my house. They had a Tesla that was the exact color and miles I wanted They gave me videos, pictures even a FaceTime with someone driving since I was buying out of state. Easy process E signed and they transported the vehicle to my driveway can't say enough about this place!

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
