I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I found my car on the internet and scheduled a test drive with Kiara. I was her first potential customer. She did a great job even though I might have scared her on the test drive. I ended up coming back after I sold my truck and was able to work a fair deal after some good negotiations. Part of my negotiation was to bring my car back and have a few things fixed on the car that I wasn’t happy about. After about a week, I was able to bring my car back down to drop off for a few days while the work was being done. I worked with their finance guy Keon. He lined me up a loaner to drive while they had my car. After about three days, the work was done and I went to pick my car up. I was very pleased with the outcome and they even fixed a few other things that we didn’t agree on but new I had questions about. They listened to me as a buyer and were willing to work with me. If you want to avoid big dealerships, they have a great inventory up nicer cars and are great to work with. I will shop with them again!

Called from Augusta Georgia and was inquiring about a Chrysler 300s and they looked out and helped me get into the exact car we wanted and for an incredible price. Unlike all dealerships they are 100 percent up front in everything you don't go expecting one things and get hit with surprises. The finance manager helped me out more than I could ever have imagined and was unexpectedly the upmost honest person I've ever dealt with and fron the minute you get to the lot till when you leave I guarantee you will feel like they want you there and am just not an annoyance like every other place we looked. Everyone from sales to finance made us feel like your leaving there for the best price with the absolute best customer service all around. The 2 andba half hour drive was more than worth it and I will be buying from them again and their selection has something for everyone in any price guide your trying to stay in. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.
