The waiting room was very clean and hospitable. The staff was professional and the sales representative was knowledgeable and courteous.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

The service was done well. Dominic was a professional and did a great job putting everything together.

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.

After purchasing the car we noticed some damage that we had all missed but was noticed by the shipping company. Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic
