BMW of Carlsbad review
I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

I have owned Maserati's- Mercedes- Cadillac's- Lincolns- Jaguars— this is my first BMW. It is fabulous— so far the best car I have ever owned!

My service advisor was thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and that made me leave all of it in his capable hands. The service loaner coordinator and driver also provided excellent support until my car was ready. Thank you, it was worth the drive from Beverly Hills for this 5 star service!
