He made sure all my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Mark in finance was just as great — clear, honest, and efficient. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate how professional and supportive they both were. Highly recommend working with them!

Overall experience was good, time frame on getting in finance was longer than expected based on other experiences. Could have used more finance people, especially being the end of the year.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi
