In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖

Automay is by far the best used car dealership I have seen/worked with in Oklahoma! They have an extremely impressive assortment of vehicles. Examples of such include Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Mercedes, etc. I also want to emphasize that they definitely have the best EV selection in town. Just traded my MBZ GLE 450 coupe in on the X6 M. The design and style of the MBZ may be fresher but it lacked stability and road handeling and overall comport. The BMW excels if you want a true enthusiasts SAV.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

The only complaint I have is that it has a terrible blind spot. Even with the driver assist technology I still have to make sure I turn my head to see if there is a car in the next lane.
