I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

We were just looking, but Chase was just GREAT!! He was no pressure and seemed to really care about us as people. Not just a "sale." Chase bent over backwards to make this deal work and his communication was excellent. James was just James and he always go out of his way to make people feel special and important. Purchased a used luxury vehicle about 4 years ago. I was not looking for this Cadillac SRX but it was in mint condition, and the price was below similar less premium vehicles I found elsewhere. I've had NO issues with this vehicle. Regular maintenance amounted to oil changes only. I have taken it in for service just to have overall checkups more than once. ALWAYS, EACH TIME I was told everything is just fine. This vehicle seems to be flawless. It was the deal of a lifetime for me. I never considered purchasing a Cadillac before because I didn't realize that they could be so affordable. I am not thinking of anything less now, and I know when the time comes, I'll go right back to see what Tapp Motors has to offer on their lot. I hope this car dealership never disappears. I have nothing negative to report.
