BMW of Bel Air review
I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson gave me space until I needed some questions answered and made themselves available for additional questions. My salesperson was Lilly and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions or found the answer. The process was not stressful and to be honest, better than I expected.

Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.

BMW of Catonsville review
We had a great experience with the team at BMW of Catonsville. Jae was outstanding throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right vehicle. He took the time to walk us through different options, explain the tradeoffs, and help us get a deal we felt good about. Anthony and Eric Lovo were both very helpful in finalizing the deal, and Mark in finance made the closing process smooth and straightforward, clearly explaining everything along the way. We really appreciated the time and effort everyone put into making this a positive experience. If you're considering a BMW, I would personally recommend asking for Jae. He was a pleasure to work with, and we'd gladly work with him and the team again.

BMW of Catonsville review
My experience is limited to the recent purchase of a new BMW iX3 Neue Klasse and predominately my sales advisor Yulia Denika. She worked and advised me over a period of 5 months and exceeded my expectations in every way. First, she respected my priorities for selecting a dealership and SA as well as the BMW and options I wanted. Informative, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions but never pushy. Answered my text and emails within minutes, told me when she needed to research something and did so quickly and thoroughly. Expertly handled a change request to my order. The final turnover was handled smoothly and professionally with no unexpected surprises or unwanted, unordered add ons, including my interaction with the finance officer and Melanie for initial setup and configuration with the new iDrive X software.

BMW of Catonsville review
We recently purchased a used BMW 3 Series vehicle from this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at communication - keeping us informed every step of the way. Because we indicated our interest in purchasing the car very soon after it was listed (before its state inspection) and the large distance we were from the dealership, we were able to make arrangements for the car to be held with a deposit until it was ready to be sold. We appreciate Jae and the management of BMW of Catonsville working with us to ensure that we ended up with the vehicle. They took care of all the issues that resulted from the inspection with no qualms. They also gave us a fair value for our trade in. The only complaint that we may have had was minor in nature. Since it appeared that we were locked into buying this particular vehicle, it was not necessarily detailed to the level that we were used to seeing with other used vehicles that have purchased. This is a minor issue, however, and not one we felt obligated to bring up to the dealership. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jae Lim, to others.
