A professional and pleasant experience working with Tim at Autobahn West, to find and purchase a rare 2014 BMW 535i with manual transmission and heavily loaded with options. 2014 is the last year BMW built 535 series with manual transmission. Tim understood my preferences, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also spend much extra time providing detailed VIN lookups, extra photos, and details.
I will update this review after delivery of the vehicle, however, having purchased over 25 cars in my life, I already, comfortably recommend Autobahn West and Tim Yost for used car purchases.
This dealership is for the serious car buyer. It's tucked away in a light industrial area of Pleasanton. You get the impression the owners are serious car buyers/sellers. I found a replacement car for one that was totaled in an accident 6 weeks earlier. Rob bought the car from auction because he saw the value the car offered and knew the right purchaser would come along. He was right about the color of the car - Montego Blue Metallic - you either love it or hate it. I love it. The car had all the options I was looking for. I felt respected and taken care of throughout the purchasing process. I highly recommend and would definitely buy from him again in the future!
Great place to get the car u want. No hassle sale. I saw a few cars I was intersted in and they let me test drive them and take to my mechanic the one I wanted. Mechanic found a couple small problems and negotiated new price an then bought the car. Fair and easy!
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. We had been looking for a used Van for a 3rd car in Nashville area for a couple of months. We had found most vehicles listed locally were overpriced and were prepared to travel to buy one, drive it home and still save thousands. We found this Van on Cars.com at Dixie Motors in Nashville and it was exactly what we were looking for in price, year, mileage and even color. Randy, the salesman, responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday and I arranged to go look at it the next morning. I appreciate that he treated me with respect and honesty (especially as a women buying a car). I bought the Van. It needed to be state emission tested which he took it that afternoon. It also needed the side mirror knob replaced under warranty, so he called after we had taken it home and offered to take the Van to the dealership for us. Above and beyond.

I knew the car itself would be terrific based on our discussions, my visit to your facilities and what previous customers have said.
What I was not prepared for was a totally different, refreshing and complete customer experience. I have never had a car purchase experience remotely close to the level of customer service, attention to detail and communication.
I say all this and have yet to actually take delivery of the E39 M5 as we wait out a hurricane in the southeast.
While I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cars, I think you and your team are a cut above in those terms. I am so pleased that I chose to work with EAG and know I will again in the future.

I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

My husband, Donald had called Leckner at King George, Va . Dustin Russell answered the telephone call. Donald told him about several vehicles that we may possibly be interested in seeing when we were passing by on the way to Fredericksburg, Va. Mr. Russell took the information down after talking with Donald and then passed it on to Patrick Cole. When we arrived on Saturday morning , 3/24/2018 Patrick Cole greeted us with a welcoming smile. He asked our names and how we were doing! Upon Donald telling him who we were Patrick immediately recognized our names and informed us that he had been given the information from Dustin Russell. Mr. Russell came over and spoke with us and started working along with Patrick to help us! These young men were very helpful! They were both very polite and ready to work with us! They wanted us to leave that day with a car that suited our needs. We talked for a good long while, test drove several Jeeps. (1) was a 2017 Compass Jeep. (1) 2016 Compass Jeep (1) 2016 Jeep Renegade- Red!) Upon driving the Jeeps, we talked with Dustin and he made us a possible deal.. we thought about it and decided to leave and take care of the business that was necessary and said we would think about it. Several hours later, we returned, asked them the price we could get the 2016 Red Jeep Renegade. With the trade in we were offered and the price they gave us...............WE BOUGHT THE JEEP RENEGADE!! These young men were well informed and new what they were talking about when it came to the Jeeps. Polite, courteous, and very friendly. An apology letter to Domani Dealership. I had read negative comments and I believed it was about Domani when in fact it was another dealership. Please accept this letter of apology on my behalf. I should have looked closer. Although I never published my comments I made a mistake and all I have read about this dealership is excellent comments.

I visited this used auto dealership a little apprehensively - had recently gone to a dealership specializing in used inventory and my experience was not much to write about. From the time I met with general manager Justin DesPres to the end of my visit I could not have been more impressed! Although I did not leave having made a purchase, its my intention to do so in the next 7 days (had to firm up some details before purchase). Justin is clearly prepared to do business - he was much more motivated and knowledgeable than the previous place I visited.
