Excellent service. My agent (Reed) was very attentive and made sure that my needs were met. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced at BMW Mobile. Ask for Reed!

Friendly and considerate staff. I had my car serviced and mentioned a problem my car was having. They took the time to find the problem and corrected it.

BMW of Mobile review
For 40 years I have been purchasing and recommending BMW to friends and family. I have the same service manager for the entire relationship that has been with 3 dealerships over the years. It has been an amazing journey built on trust and professionalism. Thank you for the great service!!!!!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

BMW of Mobile review
A belt on my car broke approximately 20 miles from the dealership which caused a caution light to come on and my AC immediately stopped working. I was traveling from Birmingham to Mobile and this issue could have been so much worse. I?ve had my vehicle serviced at this location before when visiting Mobile and remembered my service representative?s name. And like last time she worked me right into the queue, had diagnostics performed with a service recommendation in less than 24 hours. All worked well and I was able to pick up my car, attend a board meeting and returning to Birmingham the following morning. Thanks Becky?

CarMax Cool Springs review
Great buying experience. Very impressed with the teamwork and efficiency of the sales consultants. I highly recommend this dealership.
2026 BMW Z4 review
Following two Mazda Miatas and a MINI Roadster S, we chose the last year of the BMW z4 to continue our top down motoring experience. While certainly larger than our previous roadsters, it has superior engine performance and handling capabilities and a more premium interior and spectacular exterior appeal. We found the B46 4 cylinder engine plenty powerful and did not want/need the legend B58 6 cylinder's extra power, cost or insurance premium. The z4 sDrive 30i offers similar camaraderie as the Miatas and MINIs with both BMWCCA and ZSCCA group activities. With only our break-in miles, cannot speak to reliability but our other BMWs (x3 M40i and 230i) have been problem-free.

CarMax Tampa review
Bought My first car today and the employees we're amazing very polite and helpful. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful but I really enjoy myself and couldn't be happier.
2014 BMW Z4 review
My first car was a triumph spitfire. I am a huge fan of the two seat roadster. I'm an even bigger fan of a hardtop convertible. I am not a BMW fanboy. I wish this car were not a BMW. I bought it because it's beautiful and when I drove it, it made me freaking happy. 300 plus horsepower, I've never even felt the need to put my manual transmission 35i in sport or sport Plus mode. The thing is gorgeous top up or down, a blast to drive, and often over neglected is that all four Windows go down making it a pillarless coupe with the top up. Flawlessly reliable in 14,000 miles, cockpit is tight if you put it on a few extra pounds. Such a beautiful beautiful car. Mine's a 2014, and every single time I go out someone comments about it. Unfortunately, when you're driving it people aren't as friendly because it's a BMW. Best roadster I've ever owned in a very long line of roadsters
