BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.
2024 BMW X3 review

BMW of Manhasset review
I had a wonderful experience at BMW, and I truly want to thank Shirley Chen, Priscilla Tsun, and Mason for their outstanding service. Shirley was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly. Priscilla was professional, efficient, and very helpful with all the paperwork. She made the financing process easy to understand and seamless. Mason was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and supportive from start to finish. The whole team made me feel valued and well taken care of. I really appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Having Mike Elder and his team relocate to Manhasset is a proverbial wish come true! As a local resident, I couldn’t be more pleased. I currently lease two vehicles from their former Queens location, where their pricing was truly unbeatable — and, just as importantly, their level of service was second to none. It’s an absolute pleasure to have Mike and his team now right here in my backyard. Extending a warm welcome to him and his incredible staff. BTW, I just got into a new car - Thanks Mike!

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Performance value for the money. It’s more fun on a manual gearbox. This car delivers all the fun BMW can do. An analog transmission is a classic.

I would highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Vlad who was extremely professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. This kid knows his cars… The paperwork process was very quick also, I was in and out in less than two hours which was helpful being I had a 4 hour drive home. All their vehicles I looked at well waiting were incredibly clean! Josh the owner was a really nice guy too and Adam will make sure that you get the vehicle you want by getting you approved. If you’re in the market to buy this is the place to do it.

Best car I have ever owned! Comfort - performance - just fun But not sure what else to write … good stereo / comfortable seats / back seats are a bit cramped
