Each person I encountered was professional and polite. The video of car inspection was excellent, and I am grateful that proactive work I needed could be done. Also found warranty work and completed that. Very pleased. I could make my appointment online making it so easy.

Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Utica review
I went into the service center the other day and Megan came out of her office after hearing me tell someone that my tires were low and I couldnt find an air pump that worked anywhere and said I didnt call for an appointment. She said I can pull it around and put air in your tires for you. I have never had anyone be so responsive and helpful as she was. Good customer service like that is very hard to find. She is an asset to the dealership for sure!!! Very satisfied customer!

2016 BMW 550 review
Bought this 2016 550xi used with a warranty in early 2021. The depreciation on BMWs is almost unreal. Do not buy a new BMW, but 4-5 year old one is right in the depreciation sweet spot...with a warranty for piece of mind, but honestly the last two I had didn't need it. My third BMW used, and it performs great! The V8 is smooth and effortless with unending power and torque. The car is a bit heavy feeling, but sport mode makes it feel a little lighter. Interior is fantastic, and had lots of features. No Apple play until 2017 models, so that’s a downer, but I knew that when made the purchase. Anyway, love the car, love that the previous lessor ate 60% of the depreciation, and I’ll eventually find out if I needed the warranty. But for piece of mind, it was worth it already.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Nimey's New Generation Cars review
Thank you to Mariah DePan. We needed specific info about several cars within our budget, advice, test drive, fair trade in, financing set up, then all the admin to drive away in a new car the same day. She focused on our needs, was courteous , gracious, and gave time to help with set up at the end of her day. Thank you to Mariah and all the team at Nimey's. We appreciate it.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Toyota Corolla thanks to Licari! In specific, I’d like to point out how amazing Joe was to work with! Right from the start he was helpful, honest, and as friendly as ever! It’s no easy decision purchasing a vehicle. A lot of time, effort, and trust goes into the process. Joe couldn’t have made this easier for us! He was accommodating in every aspect of the term. We WILL be going to back to Licari with any future automotive endeavors!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.
