This car is the most reliable car still on the market. My Century has around 111,500 miles and it still runs like a top. Yes, the transmission is a little rough, but if you don't drive it hard, it isn't a problem. I can gladly say, I will be using this car until it won't go anymore! My only complaint is that the style and interior are a little bulky, but that's to be expected if you're going to buy an older car.

I purchased a used 2002 Buick Century with 80,000 miles on it.. All options are similar to this car. I commute back and forth to work daily 70 miles. This car is comfortable, reliable, good gas mileage 23 - 28 M/G. I would recommend this car for anyone.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned it’s always safe reliable and never breaks down! Drove it to Canada and back in 2024 November! 8 hrs straight with 167k on the motor and he didn’t hesitate to take me their! it’s also a very safe car! I hit a barrier trying to avoid high way accident. All it left was a dent I spun. Around and all. The car started right back up and I went on my way past the accident lol. My sister also hit a a dumpster and the previous owner old lady hit something as well. Not like these new cars they will just shatter like glass and cost a fortune. They are cheap to maintain and easy to work on recently my transmission died at 188k. But it was very cheap to find a replacement with low miles for cheap 450 to be exact. Cars is very affordable and easily modified-able to modernize. Lots of space and huge trunk can also fit 6 people. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these you won’t regret it! Chicks digg the Buick! I like the care. Joe at Broadway was great in getting me into the car in a couple of hours. No pressure to buy, he had the right care on the lot for what I needed. Clean, low mileage and runs great. For the age and money a real cream puff. I'll get quite a few good years of use out of this care. It will pay for itself in the first year. Price was below book value too!

I purchased a used 2002 Century about 3 years ago. I really love this car. Other than the intake manifold gasket issue the 3.1 L engine has this is one of my favorite cars I have ever owned. I like mine so much I bought my son who just started driving a 1998 Century. He absolutely loves his. When we bought his, the 1st question asked "was the intake manifold gasket replaced". That is a question you should always ask with this car. We are a 2 Buick family now.

1989 up to 1996 buick century sedan ,special no wagans those models were some of the best cars buick ever maid great on gas size and how the cars were on the road i have owned three of them and a few other cars but none was as good as those models of buicks

Mine has a hard time starting sometimes, but other than that works like a charm. It could use a little bit more leg room in the back seat though.

I spoke to Phil the son last week covering a 1983 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. I explained that I was very interested, but I live in Staten Island N.Y. I offered to put a deposit on my credit card, to which Phil said I will hold the car for you until May 4 and won't sell it. I showed up on the lot as promised and the car was there, which look like it just came out of the showroom 39 years ago. Phil gave me yes of his lift, took the car for a ride and went over it in great detail. there were very very minor things to touch, but still amazing. big phil and his wife Eleen were like talking to family. I then proceeded to purchase the automobile. in the short time spent with Phil, my buddy Neil and myself had an amazing dinner at a fine Italian restaurant which was off the chart. THANKS FOR THE DINNER PHIL. your a true gentleman who really loves his business, keep your passion.

I was given this car by my great-grandmother with 50,000 miles on it. I drove it for several years, across the country 4 times, and put over 50,000 more miles on it. Not once did it break down, or have any severe issues of any kind. I ended up giving it to my sister as her first car, and it's still on the road today. Very reliable, very cheap to maintain, and very comfortable. LOVE THIS CAR.
