The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

just took delivery of a new Enclave Aviner model. Quite comfortable ride with plenty of power. Nice new features and upgraded leather interior. Nice chrome trim and sleek exterior looks. Very pleased with the changes for 2022. At last you can turn off the start/stop feature.

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years. She took such great care of mom and I, and we are happy with our new Equinox, she took care of us from the very beginning and still calls to check in on us truly exceptional customer service and truly the best experience I've ever had.
