I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. I want to first say that Victoria Davis is a wonderful person and a fantastic sales staff and really goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She would be 5+ stars easily. The only reason I gave this an overall rating of four stars is because I did believe that there were some cost of the vehicle that I went to look at that was not listed on the Internet before I made the trip over. I definitely understand that there are additional cost and it did say that, but I wasn’t expecting the amount that was added in when I got there. I admit that a lot of that may be my own naïveness and I haven’t purchased a lot of brand new cars before so I did not know what to expect but I would say to someone to ask for those additional amounts so that you could be prepared for that number before you make a trip over. That was really, my only drawback but again I think that could be my own naïveness there, but I do believe that Victoria was exceptional and treated us so kindly and well and we had a great experience with the finance staff so I do believe it’s a great dealership. I would recommend I would just caution others to ask about those additional amounts that are not advertised on a car on the Internet as I wish, I would’ve asked that myself. But I do want to end this by saying this is an exceptional place- thank you Victoria!

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

From looking online to associate, reaching out to me was good timing. Very friendly professional staff.Konner was amazing He showed me the vehicle ticket for a test drive, and I looked at other vehicles as well. Overall, it was a great experience in future if I have any needs, I will definitely go back to Beaver Toyota In Cummings, Georgia, and will refer family and friends there as well.
