We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

My lease was up on a few months and this particular morning when I was driving to work there was a loud grinding noise coming from under my truck. So, I called Ashley in service and told her I would be bringing my truck in this afternoon. As always she greeted me with a big smile. When I explained the issue and about my lease being up soon, she introduced me to Adrian. From that moment he had everything under control. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He spoke to a service writer, came out with numbers I was happy with, showed me a truck I asked for and the deal was done! Adrian went above and beyond. from the storage boxes under the rear seats to the safe in the center console. He even cut off my trailer hitch lock on Saturday for me. I Adrian and Ashley a 10+!!! This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.
