Used 2015 Buick Encore for sale near Menasha, WI

The family has done biz with Jimmy for prob 10 years. He takes care of us and makes sure we always good. He told me to put in here that he calls and sings to us on birthdays and he ain’t kidding. Mom stays waiting by the phone.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Just want to say thanks to Greg for his commitment on getting me a very nice truck for a great price. Over the years I have purchased four trucks from Lafontaine and the service has always been great, thanks again Greg and a shout out to Tyler the finance guy.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

We bought our 2015 Buick Encore about nine months ago. It had a little over 56,000 miles on it. We have put a little over 5000 miles on it with no problems at all. Drives and looks great.

Fits all my needs. Easy to get in and out of especially when you have arthritis in your hip. Drives great. Looks deceivingly small but it doesn’t feel small once you’re in it and driving. Great turning radius.

Very helpful and explained what was being done with maintenance and recall on trunk latch . Waiting area is very nice with plenty of refreshments and a very nice atmosphere

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Test drove the 2004 Thunderbird. I said I was interested and would pay $14,500 for the car. They said there was a transmission problem with the car and could not negotiate until that was resolved. At the time the car was priced at $15,107. I have sent emails still showing my interest but have not received additional information on the transmission status as of this. Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

Andrew was great! I came in two hours before closing and was provided with awesome customer service and was walked through every step. He made sure to fix a couple minor issues before letting me take the car off the lot. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again!

My only interaction thus far has been by phone. After realizing the car I was iinterested in had some issues I didn't want to deal with, I never bothered to visit the dealership. We did agree that if something came in I might be interested in, they would contact me.
