Used 2017 Buick Encore for sale near Olean, NY

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The explanation of the repair that I needed was very clear. Whenever I have had service since I purchased this vehicle has always been fair. Service was honest and efficient.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

Car has been good have had it for a couple of years but Now both doors on passenger side will either lock or they won't. And I feel like that's a problem.

Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. Last name Mosley, very courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, snacks for the kids and donuts in the am. We will be back here for sure. Luis was excellent. Bought two cars and they delivered them to the house. Experience was different but good. I hope things continue to go well, still need follow up and help from Luis and dealership.

My visit met expectations. They provided additional service options they feel are necessary, however dealer suggestions for service at mileage intervals do not always align with GM recommendations, so I try to review GM recommendations first. Good example is oil change. Dealer recommends at 5k, but service manual says 7,500 or based on oil life monitoring system.

Cherif is amazing he's still helping me find an affordable vehicle. The vehicle I was to test drive was in an accident prior to my appointment. I'm a 63 yr old woman on a tight budget Cherif understands my needs and has been trying to find something for me, He is in touch with me daily, He has proven loyalty by his continued research of a car that is $4000 All my budget allows.For a salesman to work hard for me knowing I can only afford a $4000 car Is A Great Person .

Byron, or sales associate, was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. We were coming to the dealership from an hour and a half away. They were able to accommodate our schedule, allowed us to arrive before they opened, take the test drive and had us out the door with our new car in an hour and a half.

So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought
