When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. Although my attitude was just over it and I apologized to her after she still was straight forward, didn’t match my energy and gave me an opportunity to get in a car. Her professionalism and patience with me should definitely be rewarded and I appreciate her willingness to work with me and get me going. Her energy is top notch and she is definitely the reason why any and every time I’m going to get another vehicle I will be going to HGreg! Process was fast, easy straightforward. 2018 Buick Encore review
I had to replace the water pump and the thermostat housing at only 30 thousand miles. Left me stranded at work all the water dumped out within minutes

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.
