So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! Y'all definitely made a friend in us!

So far I like everything about it except the sun visors. They are too small to effectively keep the sun out in late afternoon. The ride is comfortable and quiet, good pick-up, and okay gas mileage.

We were given a quick response to questions and provided additional information to help with our decision. Very much appreciated and will continue to be in touch with the sales rep as we continue to shop for the perfect truck.

I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

Quite the learning curve with all the technology. Taking a drive is most enjoyable. Looking forward for a road trip. Especially, with the oversized sun roof 🌞!

I called Steve to express interest in a vehicle I saw on cars.com. The price was fair and the conversations went smoothly. Steve held this car for me a couple days to allow me to check it out. So, I drove a few hours to see a really nice used Impala SS. It was in much nicer condition than used cars I see on a lot of lots. It was pulled from the sales floor and everything. Got to say the performance of this vehicle is amazing! It's been a couple months and I love it. Smooth hassle free car dealer. He's not out to get rich off anybody just an honest guy. This review is for customer service. I inquired about an Infinity since mine was in an accident. The person I spoke to was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He took the time to answer my questions even though I was unsure I'd be buying. My Insurance company did end up fixing my car so I'm not buying now, but when I'm ready I will contact M+M Auto without hesitation.
