Hardy Superstore review
I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Hennessy Cadillac review
Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2023 Buick Envision review
First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

EchoPark Automotive Atlanta (Duluth) review
We all understand that car buying can be stressful and challenging at times. This was my second dealership in one day and the first one we won’t even mention. Echo Park took all of that away. My sales person was Oscar, laid-back easy-going, didn’t try to hard selling me in any which way. I had a trade-in and Mark the lead buyer gave me a fair price for my truck. And even worked with me to make sure that I was happy with the price they were purchasing it for. Nicole facilitated the whole thing and directed it with ease and grace. 5 star team top to bottom. No notes. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was one of the most seamless easy-going experiences. They don’t do any haggling, but they made sure that I was happy with the price and everythingty else. Can’t recommend Echo Park enough. It wasn’t just the one person. It was the team. The team truly made this car buying experience enjoyable.
2023 Buick Envision review
My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!
