Garlyn Shelton Buick GMCReviews
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick! Just traded my 2019 Envision for 2026 xx Envision. Best car I’ve ever owned! No problem with anything on 2019! Regular maintenance and it was running like a new car! I traded to get Sport model and I love it! Luxury sport SUV! All the bells and whistles make this car perfect! Turns heads! People cannot believe it’s a Buick.

Covert Buick GMC Austin review
The dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Being at a dealership with kids is never easy, but Joe and Chad were incredibly patient and understanding when things had to slow down because our little ones needed our attention. They never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for our family. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and for the patience and professionalism of the entire team. Also, the goodie bags for the kids were an amazing touch and helped keep them entertained while we completed everything. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our family!

Saul was my salesperson. He was awesome, he was not pushy at all. My wife is even thinking about buying an Acadia from covert because of him. Very good experience with Saul and covert. All good with the purchase.
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.

Covert Buick GMC Austin review
I had a wonderful experience. I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Traverse at a different dealership. I had the car for a week and I had to have it at the dealership for an over the air update that basically killed my car. I had to have a tow truck come and jump my car. I bring it to the dealership and I have to rent a car because they don't have any loaner cars. So, I get the car back and they say everything is ok. A few weeks later another update and it doesn't work. I call to get an appointment and a loaner car and it's going to be a few weeks. I have had this car for a total of 30 days, I spoke with the service manager and no one seemed to really car or offer to help me in any way. I was put on a waiting list for a loaner car because I can't afford to rent a car for 3 or 4 days every time my car is in the shop. So, I called Covert, from the woman who answered the phone I explained everything to her and I was put on a list for a loaner car. She called me back in 2 days, they had a car for me and told me that Adam would be my service provider. I was able to drop off my car, pick up a car and get everything taken care of without any hassle. Adam was great and kept in communication with me the entire time. I wish I got my car here, but I will absolutely recommend this dealership and buy my next vehicle here. Thank you so much.

Covert Buick GMC Austin review
Adam De Leon in the service department is the reason for this review. My 2021 GMC Canyon Denali was towed in dead and I had already been without it for months with no answers. Adam had it diagnosed the day it arrived, found the failed battery immediately, and kept working until he had the actual cause — a blown fuse block and a loose ground behind the intake manifold. Truck was fully repaired and running right in twelve days. What set him apart was the communication. He texted me updates every couple of days without me ever having to chase him, including one message just to tell me he hadn't forgotten about me while his tech was still tracing the fault. He also caught other issues I didn't know about and made sure they were covered under my extended warranty instead of leaving me with the bill. I live over 200 miles away and I will still bring my truck here. If you need service done right and explained honestly, ask for Adam. Five stars without hesitation.
