Nicki was wonderful, I will recommend her to everyone I know that are in the market for buying a vehicle. Jarrod was also fantastic to work with. Both very personable and made the process very pleasant when it had been made dreadful from trying to deal with other salesmen at other dealerships. These 2 were excellent. I've never had a better car buying experience. I'd been to 4 other dealers who wouldn't budge on price for the same vehicle. Engine light came on, rough shifting, Adam in Service dept fit my truck in for diagnostics within a week. Tech found bad coil, replaced and repaired, also suggested new wires and battery was needing to be replace really low crank, all work completed and again on the road after 310,000 miles. I have had only good experiences with the service department staff and techs. Sometimes it cost some money but its a machine and if you take care or it, it will last.
