I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! Excellent car
I love my CXL, leather interior looks brand new, car is in excellent condition still. Haven't had any major problems until now (approx. 137,000 miles). The Traction control started coming on by itself when I 'm driving on a clear day. Reduced power warning comes on and becomes a little dangerous when trying to pull out into traffic.

Plenty of legroom in the front and rear seats. Seating for six people with front bench seat.Great all around car with excellent gas mileage in town and on the highway. Full leather seating in like new condition. Very large trunk. Original adult owner and extremely well taken care of with all required maintenance intervals.
