1/23/2026 - The outstanding excellence of the service (advisors, technicians, call center, complimentary services) is getting very impressive each time I visit (since 2023 when I became a customer here). Overall, great professionalism, transparency in keeping me informed, high knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, promptitude. A bit long review, but it shows consistency of great service over time - a headline conclusion is also at the end of my review (with recent names). Example is the excellent service of advisor Eduardo M, listening patiently & friendly my requests, then throughly, promptly, positively following-up, explaining very knowledgeably, caring & patiently each detail I required, even staying considerable after hours, therefore going the extra mile to provide me the understanding & peace of mind. The techician, Roman, did a very prompt, fast & thorough job while very well documenting the checks efficiently on the video. I had also past amazing response beyond words from an older service team (Fred, Chad and Luis) on a very difficult to find, unusual issue that happened on my 2018 CRV - new battery drain overnight. First, the advisor Fred brought to my place right away (at a late hour Good Friday) a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport loaner (leather seats, 400 mi). The mentioned team carefully checked separately each circuit, updated the software and kept the car several days under observation. The breakthru finding is very important, it was not the battery but a CHIP defect in the keyless entry control unit (all repairs were at low cost). I wish the repair took longer :), that Hybrid loaner was amazing. I was being kept informed all this time, then I was shown on site how they worked. ... On another past problem requiring engine cleaning, Chad and Fred took from their personal time to help (they just had signed out when I arrived) and Chad had spent the next 3 hours of his own time to thoroughly supervised and informed me, knowing of my urgency to get it fixed right away...and well done!!! The Customer Service call center, always promptly and friendly answering the calls - Ms Randi going the "extra mile" to follow up after working hours on my service booking request, very positively, friendly and patiently listening to my complex description and promply provided the solution; also to mention Ms Kenya that showed extra care, understanding and immediate follow up, or Zoe who also is very positive, friendly and caring each time. The car loaner dept is showing similar great positive and friendly service. Great fast, prompt, caring, thorough check out service by service advisor Antonio U. Never to ignore the warm & welcoming "Starbucks-style" complimentary beverages & snacks service while waiting for the car to be ready, with the very friendly, positive, caring baristas Kara and Tiffany helping & brightening the atmosphere. The first tires inspection at check-in where tire inspector Tricia B goes professionally & thoroughly to check and friendly to explain the findings, together with the inspection video by the technician (Roman) and specially with the exceptional service by the advisor (Eduardo M), all ensure the extra peace of mind, knowing that all was being very transparently communicated and well taken care of. I strongly RECOMMEND this place!"

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

We would highly recommend Georgetown INFINITI. We worked with Melissa. She met us at the door when we arrived. She showed us the car and went with us on the test drive, explaining the various features of the car. The whole process went as smoothly and quickly as we could hope for. I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator
