I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from Mac Haik Georgetown and had a great experience. David Soto was incredibly helpful and never pressured me. I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. 1/23/2026 - The outstanding excellence of the service (advisors, technicians, call center, complimentary services) is getting very impressive each time I visit (since 2023 when I became a customer here). Overall, great professionalism, transparency in keeping me informed, high knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, promptitude. A bit long review, but it shows consistency of great service over time - a headline conclusion is also at the end of my review (with recent names). Example is the excellent service of advisor Eduardo M, listening patiently & friendly my requests, then throughly, promptly, positively following-up, explaining very knowledgeably, caring & patiently each detail I required, even staying considerable after hours, therefore going the extra mile to provide me the understanding & peace of mind. The techician, Roman, did a very prompt, fast & thorough job while very well documenting the checks efficiently on the video. I had also past amazing response beyond words from an older service team (Fred, Chad and Luis) on a very difficult to find, unusual issue that happened on my 2018 CRV - new battery drain overnight. First, the advisor Fred brought to my place right away (at a late hour Good Friday) a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport loaner (leather seats, 400 mi). The mentioned team carefully checked separately each circuit, updated the software and kept the car several days under observation. The breakthru finding is very important, it was not the battery but a CHIP defect in the keyless entry control unit (all repairs were at low cost). I wish the repair took longer :), that Hybrid loaner was amazing. I was being kept informed all this time, then I was shown on site how they worked. ... On another past problem requiring engine cleaning, Chad and Fred took from their personal time to help (they just had signed out when I arrived) and Chad had spent the next 3 hours of his own time to thoroughly supervised and informed me, knowing of my urgency to get it fixed right away...and well done!!! The Customer Service call center, always promptly and friendly answering the calls - Ms Randi going the "extra mile" to follow up after working hours on my service booking request, very positively, friendly and patiently listening to my complex description and promply provided the solution; also to mention Ms Kenya that showed extra care, understanding and immediate follow up, or Zoe who also is very positive, friendly and caring each time. The car loaner dept is showing similar great positive and friendly service. Great fast, prompt, caring, thorough check out service by service advisor Antonio U. Never to ignore the warm & welcoming "Starbucks-style" complimentary beverages & snacks service while waiting for the car to be ready, with the very friendly, positive, caring baristas Kara and Tiffany helping & brightening the atmosphere. The first tires inspection at check-in where tire inspector Tricia B goes professionally & thoroughly to check and friendly to explain the findings, together with the inspection video by the technician (Roman) and specially with the exceptional service by the advisor (Eduardo M), all ensure the extra peace of mind, knowing that all was being very transparently communicated and well taken care of. I strongly RECOMMEND this place!"

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

My sales representative was very knowledgeable and personable. Not pushy at all. What else do you want me to say? This is it! What a strange requirement.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
