I was given excellent service by William Fierro. He took great care in checking-in my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently during my visit.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I was very pleased with the service I got. I was losing tire pressure every few days. They found a large nail the service dept repaired it and had me on my way in time for my appointment in Louisville.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. 10/26/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7. I had engine light came on, constantly running radiator fan and a very low cooling temperature. Call on Thursday and make appointment for Friday morning. When I brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. Russell helped me with this problem, gave me clear explanation of the different scenarios and expected time for the inspection and repair. Because it was short notice for the appointment, dealership didn't have loaner cars available, but Russell managed to have someone to give me ride home (I live in proximity). in less than an hour I had a phone call from him about the problem; there were the failed thermostat and the temperature sensor. They had both parts in stock. By 4pm same day my car was ready to pick up. They've done repairs, test drive, multi-point inspection, and complimentary wash. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also, I had all the answers to my additional questions. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Outstanding dealership! Good friendly people and great service A+++! Thank you.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.

I have owned this vehicle for over a year and a half no problems very happy with it. Very good for long trips. Would buy again.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.
