I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

We went to just to look but drove away in a gorgeous new Chevy Trailblazer. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were getting what we wanted within the budget we needed. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I would definitely go visit the team at Cable-Dahmer on Nolan Road in Independence. I am in love with my cute little new car.

The car rides great. It's very roomy and comfortable and stylish. Great size for a large family but also sporty enough for singles that like to go skiing and snowboarding like us.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

Brett was great to work with and very patient with me as I wasnt sure whether to go used or new on a Miata. After much research and reviewing used prices I ended up with a new Miata for very little more than a used one. No brainer , new car smell and full warranty thanks to Brett and Luther Mazda.

We had the best experience with Subaru of Olathe. We stopped by on a whim at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and figured we would have to come back on Monday to complete the day given it was so late in the day on Saturday. We had a pre-approval through Mazuma and they were able to execute the loan right there at the dealer, on a Saturday afternoon the bank had already closed! I LOVE their no pressure, no hidden fee's, no finance department, team approach. We worked with Olivia and Ricky and they were so friendly, helpful and great to work with. We were out of there in just about an hour flat. I will definitely be buying our cars from them moving forward. They're honest, truly no haggle/no hidden fee's approach and fair pricing can't be beat!

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

Went there to look at a Nissan Xterra I saw listed online. Tamara helped me. She was very friendly and hands-off. I never felt pressured in the least. The prices on all the cars seemed reasonable. When I said I wanted the car, the buying process started immediately and took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and happy to have me there, and I never got the feeling of being pressured into anything. Great experience overall, and I'm very happy with the car!

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I have owned this car for almost 2 yrs & it’s been very reliable & comfortable especially on long trips I would definitely buy again very happy with it.
