I bought my Honda Accord from Jeremy 5 years ago. I got a new phone about 6months ago and it has been nothing but trouble as far as staying connected with the car. Jeremy has helped fix this problem multiple times and never seems to be bothered when I show up for help. He greets us with a smile goes right to work usually has us back up and running in about 2 min. Jeremy is patient, kind and professional and that is why we will continue to do business with Cawood!
Took my truck in, to have a cover put on the back. My appointment was for 2:00 pm to install cover. I left
the dealership at 4:30 pm. It took to long for them to install. I won't go back for any service.
We saw that this dealership had the exact Certified Tahoe that we'd been looking for. Drove 120 miles from home, met with the Brian Fitzpatrick and he was real pleasant to deal with. We've probably bought 20+ Vehicles I n our lifetime, so we had fun negotiating a final price.
We arrived at a fair price after a few offer / counter-offers, and gotta say, dealing with Moran's sales staff went very well. Long drive to get the Tahoe we wanted, but well worth it. VERY PLEASANT sales experience and accommodative staff.
John Lewis was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with me and the first vehicle he showed me is the one I bought. Didn't need to see another. Right size, right features, even great coor. He even made sure I had a good deal. I have never leased a car before and I feel, after his explanation, I made the right deal.
We have been dealing with Jim Shepherd and crew since we moved to Richmond in 1995 and refuse to go anywhere else for sales or service. We've always received service with loving, caring, "family" excellence. We just bought a "new" used vehicle for my wife and got a better deal than any other dealer. I bought my Focus from Jim Shepherd years ago, sight unseen. Told him want I wanted in a car as I needed one. He arranged all finances and picked me out a car that exceeded my expectations and with a lower price and payments than expected. Same as today with my wife needing a "new" used vehicle. Walked in, told the team what I needed and what I could afford and they set my wife up in a "like new" Mercury Mariner with all the bells and whistles at 2.17% APR which is fantastic. Just took my car in for service and good going over as it's high mileage with orders to "fix/change/flush anything that needed fixing." Instead of a high dollar bill, I got a reasonable bill for only necessary upkeep and good for another 20K miles all within one day, car washed and cleaned upon return. Greatest service department in my life. One cannot say too much about the team at Shepherd Sales and Service. In all honesty, if you're going anywhere else, you're doing yourself and your pocketbook a disservice. May God bless Jim Shepherd and his team as you will not find nicer, more caring and helpful people on this planet. Going anywhere else...is just wrong. I've been to Carite in New Baltimore 3 times for service. The employees there are all so kind. Today I delt with Jim and Tim in service. They were fantastic. I feel that they are very honest. That is where I will always bring my vehicles. Thank you!
The service department took care of my car better than expected. Specifically Eric, the Service Manager, has one hell of a good mechanic in Mr. Jimmy Taliaferro. I was even able to meet and spend some time with the Chesterfield CARite Manager: he too was very kind. The entire team took care of me and I will most definitely return. As a disabled Vet I want to thank the entire staff!
