I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Joe C. went above and beyond as a salesperson! We were there for quite some time because there were more Mazda CX-5s to choose from than we anticipated but eventually we got it narrowed down to one we loved. We had a few issues with payment (our fault, not the dealer's) and Joe and his manager (I think his name was Mustafa) were very accommodating and helped us work out a solution. Plus because of our indecisiveness we ended up being there over an hour after closing, they let us stay to finish up because we had traveled a few hours to get there, and again they were very accommodating and patient with us. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

We had an awesome salesmen. Explained everything and also redid the paperwork after I decided not to go with the extra warranty. When I got home from buying the car I noticed online the price of the car was less then originally charged. I indicated this and they granted me the lower price. I just got a check in the mail for the$800 difference.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Top notch service. They tended to every item that we needed and then some. Kept us informed as they did the work on the car and did not make us feel rushed to get back and pick up car. Price was reasonable and staff very efficient and friendly.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway
