My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

I would like to start by saying that I rarely post reviews, as you normally expect good service, but my experience was above and beyond and I had the urge to share my story. After 10 years of driving a 2008 Camry that would not die (sold it with 215K miles on it), I decided to upgrade to a new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid due to the amazing fuel economy coupled with AWD. Out of 5 dealerships, Sunshine Toyota had the best price for the trim I wanted and so I decided to lock in and purchase the car. I explained that I received an excellent offer from a buyer on my Camry that was too good to be true so and that I would be selling it in a week. Later that week I found out that Toyota issued a safety recall for the Rav4 (minor issue with the back-up-camera) and that I could not pick it up until it was resolved. Justin Etheridge was my sales consultant and offered a free loaner vehicle (2019 model) if my Camry sold before the Rav4 safety issue was resolved and said I could use it for as long as it took. Well...after the back up camera issue was resolved, Toyota issued another minor safety recall for the automatic braking and put another stop-sale on the Rav4 until it was repaired. Fast forward almost 2.5 months later (slight delay due to a credit fraud alert on my report from a stolen wallet incident in February) and I was finally at the dealership to pick up my car. The entire paperwork process was very streamlined and efficient, yet they explained all the steps. As I upgraded from an 11 year old car, another associate took me out to the vehicle to explain all of the safety features (lane assist, active braking, radar cruise control....etc). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs driving home in my new Rav4!!!. During the entire paperwork process I had numerous people come up to me and genuinely apologize for the long wait I had in acquiring the Rav4, but I was just appreciative of the free loaner. Later that afternoon I was at the gym and saw a commercial for Sunshine Toyota stating they are #1 in customer service in the area, and normally I am skeptical of those, however, after going through the experience I did, I can honestly say that Sunshine Toyota (and the sales associate Justin Etheridge) is indeed the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Upon arriving at the dealer, I was greeted and had someone immediately begin working on locating a vehicle to drive. Then Amanda came into the picture and just elevated the experience. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

I bought my car from Rob a couple years ago. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get a great car after months of looking. A couple weeks ago I was having trouble with the car and Ford was trying to charge me over $1,000 just to tell me what was wrong with it. I called Rob (which I wish I would have done in the first place) and he not only set me up an appointment but provided me with a loaner car until mine got fixed. Zeigler was able to tell me what was wrong with my car the same day they looked at it and had the part delivered and installed the very next day. The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

This was by far the best experience I have had with buying a car. I wasn't pushed into anything. I felt comfortable and relaxed talking with the employees. I had found the car I wanted online and also got pre-approved for financing online. I basically had to go in to work out the details and sign the paperwork.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
