The Ioniq 5 is said to be one of the better electric cars available. Before leasing, we drove the Porsche Taycan (outstanding, but short range), BMW i4 M50 (superlative, but rare), BMW iX SUV (hard to see out the back), the Tesla Model 3 (long range; cheap inside, but excellent), Tesla Model Y (long range, hard to see out the back). We didn't drive the VW (unavailable), the Polestar (short range), the big Benz (too blingy for our tastes) or the cheaper Chevy and Nissan. The Ioniq 5 isn't the fastest (Teslas, the Taycan and the BMWs are faster), but it's a rocketship with great torque for accelerating, passing and entering freeways. It has 12 speed/regeneration modes, making it satisfyingly adjustable to your driving style. It apparently charges as fast as or faster than any other electric -- 16 minutes to 80% at 200 kW experienced yesterday). And it's one of the coolest looking cars ever, which all the young guys will confirm. There are some small things to criticize (we didn't get the loaded version), but overall it's a winner.

I purchased a '23 Kia Sonata on 1\22\2023. I had no intention of buying a car, just test drive. My sales guy, Noah, was very helpful. He walked me through features, availability, what's in my price range. I was pretty clear on my needed features and price range, and he didn't push back. He worked within the limits I gave him. I had my child with me, and Noah was super accommodating. After two test drives, I definitely found a car that 'checked all the boxes' for me and fell in love. The dealership was flexible with the test drive, as well as working a bit past their posted hours for me to make my purchase. The finance guy wasn't pushy when I declined additional services. The Kia Access lady was nice, and helped me with setting up the app. (Didn't remember their name) It cannot be understated how much I hate the Car Buying process. I hate haggling, I don't trust Salesman, I feel like I'm getting fleeced any time I walk into a car dealership. It wasn't like that for me. I left with a car I loved, from a guy that wasn't trying to harvest every penny I had. Next time I go to buy a car, I'll come back. It was a 10\10 pleasant experience.

We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.

Ryan was so helpful to us - as well as Ian - when my son blew a tire and we needed help. He was the only dealership near WMU that was willing to call the tire package company for the policy we had and work with them. I live 2 hours away from WMU and they were so nice and friendly and put my son at ease. I would highly recommend them!!

Very roomy and comfortable. 2 teenagers fit in the third row no problem. Smooth ride and good on gas for an SUV. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

To say I am grateful for the service Ashly and Travis provided for me would be an understatement. I was in between a rock and a hard place with my vehicle and felt I had no options. To make a really long story short, my mom called travis and shared with him the situation I was in, and my feelings of hopelessness. Travis, Ashly, Jay, and Stan did what I thought was the impossible. They got me into a reliable car for less then I expected. Not only did they provide me with more then I could ever ask for, they made me feel important to them. It's something I feel our society has lost; making your customers feel important and heard. To be honest I never expected seelye would be able help. But with this amazing team and the overwhelming generosity of Seelye, I was able to end up in a better situation! I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my 2021 TLX SH-AWD ASPEC! It is beautiful, sporty, reliable. It drives like a sports car or a luxury sedan while Always looking stylish. Everyone does a double take. The new model looks so much better! This is my 3rd TL/TLX

I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

I bought mine new in 2008 when it came out. Both takata air bags had to be replaced and the brake fluid which took 13 years for ford. Otherwise drivers door handle broke, $250. No other problems. 39,000 miles on it. drives like new. 22mpg in town. Is a mazda 6 in disquise. Love it but won't buy ford again beause they don't care about fixing defects. If you buy one the front airbags and brake fluid should have been replaced under recall (ie lawyers). Very comfortable to drive long distances. 4 cyl I4 engine has plenty of power for me. I don't gun it and get great mileage. No hardware or interior wear apparent. Great paint (kept in garage). Ok going on ice but not exceptional. Brakes unbelievably well on ice and dry pavement. Only basic maintenance so far, LOW MILEAGE car.

This has honestly been a reliable car and im not one to leave reviews. Bought this car for $1000 at 208k miles. Yes, the mileage scared me as well. It currently just hit 230k Miles and Still runs like a dream. I had to replace my Rack & pinion eventually which is a known issue on these vehicles, other then that just regular maintenance scheduled oil changes, new tires alignments i really haven’t dumped a ton of money into this car like i have past vehicles and i expect it to reach 250k-300k the way this is driving. Impressed is an understatement.

Zach stayed after closing time, took us to their detail shop to test a new CPO artival, and he was courteous and helpful. Zach answered several questions and he offered several options. He was unable to meet our price in our first visit, but we hope to do business with him soon.

We bought the Maverick XLT Hybrid, and the first three months was frustrating trying to figure out our mileage and range. Wow, after that passed it consistently gets 930km if not more, on a full tank of gas using regular fuel. This vehicle gets constant attention, and we got the cactus grey color that is outstanding. The seats at the back will accommodate a tall person whereby, our son bought a 2022 Tesla 3 and it was a miserable ride at the back. The interior has some recycled material in its dashboard which should be a lead for the industry. It lacks ambient lighting as there is only a faint white color in the middle front console and the empty cubby hole in the screen display is a joke idea. They should have expanded the screen and we put a small stuffed bear in it to fill the void. The glass sunroof should have been a darker tint to give better protection against UV rays. The interior color scheme is wonderful with its contrast, and a comfortable ride. We often use economy gear for driving mode, and it was disappointing Ford was cheap in not putting in a top shelf for the console or lights for the vanity mirror. Ford also did not have upper handle bars on the driver side, and they did not put in cup holders at the rear seat. Yet, there are more features that give you a bang for the buck like rear light and socket plug in bed liner, good headlights (despite no fog lamps which was a turn off as most vehicles have them), and sassy stylishness for this small pick up that draws onlooker attention as I've had many inquiries and great reviews. I bought raised decal stickers on aliexpress for cheap price and stuck them on the rear gate to highlight the Maverick name and it looks great. Why pay lots for Ford's accessories if you can save money? There is fairly good space under the rear seat even with the hidden hybrid battery cover. The vehicle could be a tad higher but it still impresses our family's needs. This pick up will easily suit my needs for river fishing, camping and small loads. The rugged fender flares we got added style to our custom vehicle that took over 10 months before delivery. Check out the Maverick as it is a better ride than the former 2018 crossover Escape we traded in for this newbie. Happy Trails..... Kerwin Maude, b.a.

Great experience with Henkel Dodge salesman Garrett Miller was wrapped up in a lot of other items along with everybody else in the place they were very busy but he took the time out to show me and my wife 4 trucks and we left with the truck that we wanted he had all the knowledge that I researched which matched didn't try to sell me anything you let me and my wife enjoy the drive of the vehicle without talking allowed us to check the two trucks that we drove the only time he shared information is when we ask questions which I thought was very awesome and he was very thorough with his information I would send my family and friends to Henkel Dodge

I live more than four hours away from the dealer. We were able to do the entire deal via email/phone/text. They delivered the van and paperwork to my house. I test drove the van, then finished the paperwork in my dining room. It was a very smooth and low-stress process. Everyone I interfaced with was courteous, professional, and helpful. The van was delivered as promised, and the whole experience was flawless. Also, the price was the best I could find in a 500 mile radius from where I live.

There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. Auto start and heated seats will surely be welcomed as winter can hit hard here in the midwest. So far, the best car I've had, and I've had a lot over the last 55 years!
