With my experience I would have to say this dealership has very respectful and knowledgeable employees, who are willing to make a persons buying experience the best they can receive.

This car has been excellent. The AWD is great in the snow. The bose speakers sound great! The 3.6 engine has plenty of pep. The only downside is the relatively poor gas mileage (approx 19mpg) that I get with mixed city/hwy driving; not a show stopper, just an observation.
I recently came from out of state to purchase a used Ford pickup from this Cadillac dealership. I wasn't their demographic, I didn't buy a Cadillac, I wasn't coming back for service, I didn't finance through them, and they knew they would most likely never see me again. That being said, my family and I were treated like we were their long time friends buying our 5th Cadillac there. Patient, courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly come to mind when I think of the attitude of everyone we dealt with. Thi and Jamar are the kind of men you want working for you and representing your business. I cannot brag enough about Bob Moore Cadillac and the people who maintain such a high standard there. This isn't the result of just good training that can be passed along, this is the character of these men and it was greatly appreciated.

I switched from a 2009 CTS 3.6L AWD to the 2015 CTS 3.6L AWD and I have been blown away. Love the car. The biggest hurdle was the infotainment center change. Get used to using the "Home" button and your life will be much easier in this vehicle. Also, if you have self leveling headlights, wait for the car to adjust before hopping in and taking off. Sounds simple enough, but if it's your first time driving her, you'll get thrown off. Beautiful car, amazing responsiveness, and a complete stunner overall. 10/10.
We purchased a truck for our company , and we were treated very well. Customer service was outstanding! It didn't end the day we drove off the lot.... it continued for weeks. About 2 months later, we decided to add to our fleet again, and went right back to Patriot. They located what we wanted and we had the truck within 3 days. Great team at Patriot Ford!

Cadillac is suppose too be cream of the crop worst car ever tried out horrible gas millage 13 miles too the gallon city 15 highway horrible and terrible time with the handle push button get u stuck in car
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Car is cheap and made of plastic, old Cadillac’s were much better built and more reliable and not as expensive, GM should be ashamed seeking these over priced Malibu’s as ’Cadillacs’
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I purchased this car new and was very excited as it was the most beautiful (and most expensive) car I ever owned. However, there were so many cosmetic problems with this vehicle it was ridiculous. Based on the vehicle's MSRP you would certainly expect a higher quality of craftmanship, which was not the case. The steering wheel stitching came apart and needed to be replaced. All the carbon fiber trim in the vehicle was replaced, the driver seat cover was replaced, the windshield was replaced, the headlights were replaced, the black and silver trim around all the windows was also replaced. In addition, this vehicle value devalued incredibly fast and did not retain much value. This has been the worst car purchase in my life and I will never own another Cadillac.
I was met with a smile and made comfortable while they serviced my car: I had oil & filter change and tires rotated. The wait was under hour, which was nice, since I chose to wait.

I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
My car lost its smooth ride. I took it in Bob Moore Cadillac Dealership in Edmond, Oklahoma. I talked to my service Consulant (Diron Carter). I wanted my front and back shocks replaced and my my brakes replaced. I have 74K miles on the car. I just knew it needed new brakes. Two days later, I was informed it only needed rear shocks and my brakes were ok. He saved me thousands of dollars. My car is riding like new again.

This is the perfect car for anyone,single married or a family. I bought mines used with 95000 miles on it and I only drive it on trips. I have a 114000 miles on it now and the 19000 miles I put on it is all highway miles and I haven’t had a problem with it yet. I went to a local car dealership to trade mines in on a truck that I liked and they told me that they don’t take CTS or no Cadillac with a norstar moter because at some point they leaks oil. I took mines to Arkansas and let my personal auto person check it out and he also said they are known for leaking oil. From my personal experience all that I’ve seen in the past have leaked oil but I have had no problem with the one that I have and it has a 114000 miles on it.
Tasha sent a prompt inquiry in response to my questions but failed to send a service record from GM on a lemon buyback that I was interested in. Not the carfax but the GM record so that I could see what kind of issue might have been involved. That car sold but they have another that I asked about and as of now I still have not heard about it.

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
By email, Diron kept me informed when to bring my vehicle in for the next oil change and tire rotation. Since the first time arriving at the store for service work, after purchasing my 2018 Cadillac XT5, Diron always display such professionalism and concern about the wellness of my new vehicle and the upkeep of it. As I arrived for my 2nd scheduled appointment, again Diron courteously took my keys, escorted me to lounge area to sit comfortable, then offered by text message assistance if I needed anything. His act of kindness and friendliness were outstanding! After my vehicle was completed, Diron walked over to me with the most friendly smile, again escorted me to my waiting vehicle, made sure the display screen were set up correctly, ask me were there any other questions he can answer for me, and thank me for coming into service dept. I will give him 100% of excellent customer service and it's always a pleasure coming back to Bob Moore Cadillac for any services.

The Cadillac CTS is my dream car, and I even got to have it in white diamond! It has such a classy look on the outside, and has all of the amenities on the inside. I especially love the heated seats, and the quickness with which they heat up! I'm 5'10" and I have plenty of leg room, and I don't feel cramped. I feel safe driving this car, and when accelerating, the car has no problem making the transitions. It's a great car that I hope to have for a while!
This is where I purchased my vehicle and it was a great experience, but what’s even better than the buying process is the Cadillac service center. This is the only place that I trust to service my vehicle. The attention to detail and explaining what is required each visit is much appreciated and they never try to up sell any unnecessary service.

This car does meet all of my needs! It is an excellent performer and also handles exceptionally well. The driver and passenger comfort are both exceptional. It is an excellent road car that also works well in a crowded urban environment. All things considered, a far better value that any of the European or Asian competition.
Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma employees are the best. My service Consulant (Diron Carter) and all the employees who work on my Cadillac Escalade know what they are doing. Their knowledge keeps my family safe on long drives to visit are grandchildren. Being a senior citizen, I have not time for a brake down.

I love it. I would purchase another CTS! I purchased my current CTS
brand new! Both city and highway driving is excellent! The seats are very comfortable. Road noise is at a minimum. Place the Cadillac CTS on your short list!
Cannot rave about this dealership enough! I found a Mustang online that I loved- I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Anthony. He walked me through the details of the vehicle and process of purchasing it. He made the whole experience breezy and worked within my budget. The GM stopped by and talked to me about the car for a while as well. EVERYONE here is pleasant and friendly. They are one of the easiest dealerships to work with.

I love this car because it is the perfect size and a pleasure to drive.
It's practical because of the four doors and spacious trunk.
It's fun because of the 255 horsepower V6 and a well tuned chassis.
It feels like a race car when you drive it aggressively, and yet it will haul your groceries and kids as efficiently as a minivan!
Kenneth was awesome! As a matter-of-fact, the entire staff was awesome. Keslow step in and accomplished the initial check-in of our vehicle while Kenneth was taking care of another customer. Kenneth came in and completed the check-in process. Kenneth had us checked in and out the door with our loaner vehicle within minutes. The staff had our loaner vehicle ready when we arrived and the process was seamless. Ken was very professional, and kept us well-informed of status of our vehicle; our vehicle needed the regular maintenance interval scheduled service, replacement of a strip of body side molding and removal of a clear-coat over-spray that was accidentally sprayed on a small section. Kenneth efficient coordination with the service department, the parts department and body shop technicians led to the accomplishment of all required service in minimum time. The entire staff should be commended!

Vehicle suddenly stopped while driving.

This car suddenly stopped, received a download message, car went dead. The second time came in a week, wife was driving made a turn signal and flasher turned on, went 3 miles and shut down. Dealership can't find the problem, OnStar said it was not responsible.
