I recently purchased a used car from DeVoe Cadillac that I saw listed on the internet and had it shipped to me. I worked with Dwight (salesperson) and Brandon (finance) and this was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car (and I have bought a few). They both made the buying process smooth and easy and made me feel like a valued customer. They always answered my calls or, if unavailable, called me right back and addressed any questions/concerns I had immediately. More importantly, because I was buying this car sight unseen (except for the pictures on the internet), I put great trust that they were shooting me straight on the car, price and financing options. They 100% delivered on this trust. I love my new (to me) car and am very comfortable the agreed price was fair to both sides. The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in.
