My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome
2016 Cadillac SRX review
Maybe the best car I ever owned.I didint know that AWD cars could be so smooth.Confortable,quick,silky smooth transmission .A learning curve for all the features available.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
2016 Cadillac SRX review
Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am to replace the broken handle used for lowering and raising my third row rear seat driver?s side. I arrived at 7:20am and the estimated completion time was 10:00am. I received a video clip at approximately 8:40am showing that the handle had been replaced and the seat was operating properly. I was checked out by 9:00am. Dianelis, my service representative, did an excellent job checking me in, informing the service technician of my vehicle?s issues, and making sure that I paid the price that I had previously been quoted. It was a very pleasant service experience!
2016 Cadillac SRX review
5-year-old car seems like it just came from Detroit. Great quality, style and comfort. Six cylinder engine is like a rocket...handles like a BMW but half the price. Highly recommend this car.
