I have had a 2004, 2007, and 2 2006 XLR's. Currently have a 2006. Never had a major issue with any of them. Finest cars I have ever owned.

I purchased my 2004 Cadillac XLR in 2005 with 5700 miles. It now has 55,000 miles. It's a very fun car, classy and reliable. The only drawback is parts availability. So few of them made and limited parts available. Especially body parts. Be prepared to pay high prices for headlights or tail lights. I wish more cars had been produced.

The car does not drive well when there is snow on the road. And the tech did not reset the car when I had the oil changed.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

I didn't test drive the car, I could not complete my appointment after I learned the car had been repurchased. However, I would not hesitate to try again based on my follow up calls and the response I received.

Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

I have owned two xlr' s to date and now planning on moving up to the V. Procrastinated several years considering the cost of the higher-octane fuel required by the V. Retired now so don't plan to drive so much, I am going to keep the 2007 limited edition base (250 made) I have now so I can still ride in stile on regular gas. The 2007 has 63K on it I have put brake pads on the front and replaced the AC compressor. You would do that with any car. The top is an engineering marvel. Everyone who has commented on the car thought it was new, OK, maybe not everyone, there are a few who know the car, all are envious. Such a hoot coming out of a store knowing you get to drive off in the best-looking car in the whole parking lot. Fun to drive is a gross understatement. For me, there was no need to put the super charger on this car. At a buck thirty, I got scared of what would happen if I hit a deer, it was still climbing when I backed out of it. I also have the 2002 red with black interior Eldo.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle I had not seen in person, the owner Michael was extremely helpful and reassured his words were honest, happy to say we are pleased with the purchase. Had this beauty shipped to Texas and it arrived in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

I’m 60 years old and owned at least 50 cars from low end to high end cars. This car is the BEST vehicle I’ve ever owned it has it all good looks, awesome performance, all kinds of luxury appointments, superior ride especially for a roadster, roomy I’m 6 4 230 and have ample room. Convertible top works flawlessly and hardly any road noise. I will always own at least one of these until the day I die. Absolutely love it!

How refreshing! To find a company that cares more I I had such a terrible occurrence with the city of Tucson repaving a street, near my home. Tar was accidentally sprayed all the way around my white car! I was beside myself. I took it to Tanque Verde Motors for help. I spoke with Mason, the Sales Director. He was professional, pleasant, informative; and, very helpful. Together, we arrived at a reasonable charge for this job. He had two terrific techs, Alex and Chase, remove the unsightly tar. I love my 2008 XLR. Leased it new. Lease was up so I thought they wanted too much money of course so I left it at the dealers and rented something else. We were in Florida and I saw one in a showroom. Went to look at price but it was sold. Looked at a listing for one in the area, and there was my car, mileage, vin number etc. so I called and asked if it was a former lease. Yes. From Colonial Cadillac in Danvers Ma. Answer: yes who is this. I explained and he asked me what the dealer wanted. They must think women can be rolled over. My answer was the same xxxx price you have it listed for. So NO. I went to test drive it and they were giving away Starbucks gift cards. It was so sad. My dog ran right over to the car whimpering. It took about another month with no wiggle room. BUT I called said I was leaving for Ma next week, last offer and have a nice life. I of course was lying, told me the car was mine and spent 2 more months in Fl and shopped it back home where it gets used infrequently with the to down.

The staff efficiently showed the car and allowed a test drive. They were willing to entertain an offer and we ultimately agreed on a price.

This car has a lot more room than it looks,I'm 300lbs and 6'2" and I fit fine.Wonderful magnetic ride,best riding car I've ever owned and beautiful amenities .

I have been driving a 2005 for 10 years. I have driven across country 3 times. The ride is smooth and comfortable. Handles like a vet, but is Cadillac comfort all the way. Picking up my new 2006 tomorrow. Looking forward to another 10 years of fun!

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

I bought this car in May of 2012 and it has been everything I could ask for and more! Corvette Power and handling characteristics with the rare Cadillac XLR V styling and looks. The acceleration is Super Smooth yet becomes Insane fast! I'm not normally into driving fast but from time to time when you have "Get out if the way" this car will impress you. If you are ever lucky enough to own one of these cars be prepared to meet many new friends. It is rare that I am able to simply just stop to fuel up without one or more people coming over to talk about the car. Death is forever. What are you waiting for? Go buy a Cadillac. Let's face it, any company that has been in business for 110 years, has lead the automotive industry in innovation, styling, power, luxury and comfort, must be doing something right! Cadillac, still "STANDARD of the WORLD!

Luxurious convertible sports car. Similar to a Corvette C6 repairs can be expensive though. It's fast and definitely an eye catcher. Plenty of leg room and parts accessories are available through Amazon.

Every thing about it pleases me It. It has a black interior and a black exterior just like the Cadillac convertible I purchased in 1972 and still have.
