Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Absolutely love it. Got the bigger motor and not sorry! Comfortable as ever. Nice sound system and lots of “tech”. Pretty interior and love the exterior paint!

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Bought a 21 Sport . Nicest car I have ever owned and I have owned many. i love driving this car. It's just the right size for around the city and a interstate run to Florida.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My salesman Riley was especially helpful and patient with me making choices and costs. He also walked me through setting up phone ,etc.
