No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Diane Asher was so nice and helpful to us. She took the time to describe the vehicle and how much room it had. We were carrying grand children to ballgames and the third seat worked great. We felt safe in the big vehicle and it has so many safety features that Diane pointed out. We will continue to do any and all service work with this dealership. Tim Hays was also nice and pleasant ready to answer any questions. I am recommending this dealership to my family and friends.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

I was on the hunt for a 2019 VW alltrack, not an easy find. Charles Boyd has one and we loved the looks of it. Upon our arrival for the test drive, the car was washed and ready. And it was perfect! The buying process after was as smooth as can be. Fair on pricing for both the VW as our trade in, the financing piece was easy and I was out the doo within 90 minutes all in! Great experience with Leith Lincoln , Vinny and Casey. I originally went to only test drive a vehicle so I could order one online with all the features I wanted. When I arrived Vinny met me outside and was very attentive to listening to what I was looking for. Along with everyone else looking for a new vehicle I knew there was a limited amount to choose from and I did not want to settle. Vinny provided top notch service to me and stayed with me the entire process. Which by the way only took a matter of hours to facilitate. I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. I made it clear that I came ready to buy and they responded in a manner that let me know they heard me. I guess it explains why so many people were there the day I was there.

One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!
