Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.

My husband and I came in to Patrick Hyudai on Saturday. We left with a brand new gorgeous Tuscon. I couldn't be happier. The process was seemless. Dave Gruszecka was genuine and not at all pushy.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!

I've had this car for over 2 years. I believe it was one of the first manufactured. After initial problems (left rear door and right front door had to be realigned) the car has been great! Seats are comfortable (just wish they had a thigh bolster), quiet, handles great, great acceleration, excellent Bose sound system, great nav system. When my lease is up I plan on getting another one.

One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.
