I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. I found a car online that checked every box for me—low miles, all the specs I wanted, and fantastic photos that gave me confidence in its condition. The only catch? It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. We had 2 DTS before the 2013 XTS4. It compares very favorably with the exception of visibility, which is worse if you are of shorter stature. Comfort and convenience are very good and the quiet, handling and suspension are excellent. The trunk holds easily as much as the DTS. There is a tiny amount of vibration at speed, perhaps a result of the AWD, not annoying. Our family loves the car overall. We have a 2019 CT6, it is 5” longer but doesn’t feel bigger. The XTS4 is about an inch+ taller, and has the heads up display, overall I like it better.

I love the people that I met at Auto sport they are very nice very pleasant people very understanding not trying to get over not trying to use you not trying to just get your money and put you down and use you like car city they are real good people and I really recommend the world today please go check them out they ride on division 3055 division on 28th Street check them out yeah really got nice stuff when I will cause as well and I'm glad to have known them will be working with them thank you

This is my second xts had a 2014 and have a 2019 . Unfortunately the last year of production. Great car. Cadillac built a large sedan like the ct6.

I’m a Caddy guy and have owned 2 previous to this XTS. I Love the size, color, styling, comfort and ease to drive. Perfect car for long trips ...with its enormous trunk.

Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.

The cad is a dream to drive. have had it 7 months due to Covid 19 I have put less than 1500 miles on it hoping to make a trip to Arizona next winter. I really like this cad.
