This team is well informed, willing to help, did I mention patient?! We all know how it can be when you go to a Dealership…salesman can be pushy because the product is likely subpar. Well, that wasn’t our experience AT ALL. They made us feel like they truly wanted to find out our needs so they knew the best way to accommodate our family. They Delivered!!! Additionally, when you purchase a brand new car with all these amazing features, it’s not uncommon for it to have some hiccups as you get used to the systems. Everything about my experience was first class. The salesman Ben was very professional, very positive and outgoing. You could tell he really enjoys his job. Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had heard that buying a Ferrari was a painful process. It wasn't that there would be a wait (that is a given and for good reason) but the interaction with dealers who have too many clients. With the Atlanta team you'd never know that there is a line of customers out the door. From beginning to end, the folks at Ferrari of Atlanta were great. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with. If you are fortunate enough to be able to consider a Ferrari or Maserati, I would recommend that you give them a call.

This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
