We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and before I bought the car they double checked the car on a machine again to make sure everything was running smooth. And they also put in a new battery and coils. I recommend this place to anybody who wants a quality good running car because they are very honest with you in the beginning.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

I had ask for tire rotation and they didn't rotate the tires but accordingto the repor they did it, this is the second time they do this.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Their service is second to none. They tell me up front what is needing to be done with my vehicle and ask my permission to do it before they start. They have great shuttle service, and they wash my car every time I take it in, and that is above and beyond service to me since I have so little time to get it done. I leave there feeling confident that my car is whole, and I feel safe knowing they check EVERYTHING so I don't have to worry. I love Ron Smith's and will never go anywhere else for service, or to buy another car if I decide to do so. I recommend them highly.

I drive from Tracy because the staff treat everyone as they should ?A customer? They have the internal dialed for a great experience. Service flows great There are a few things externally that need to be updated Paint job and station for people to do work with WiFi with a fresh feel would give them the edge

I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

I have owned this vehicle since new. To this day I cannot bring myself to turn it in for the new version. This car is truly spectacular. Performance wise it is incomparable. Few autos costing three times the sticker price of the CTS-V can keep up. i have owned all of the Vs and still own the original XLR-V. Another truly amazing drive.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.
